Martin Hunter

Meet Martin, a man known for his ability to turn strategy into action. With a talent for motivating people from all walks of life, he rallies them towards a common goal, creating what he calls the "Singularity of Purpose."

Drawing on his military background, Martin has successfully built, scaled, and optimized companies and projects across various industries in challenging environments worldwide. His secret to success lies in his unyielding commitment to Operational Excellence, which consistently leads to safe, on-time, on-budget, and on-spec delivery.

Among his proudest achievements is leading the FRANZ International Humanitarian Aid Agreement exercise in collaboration with the French Government, involving France, Australia, and New Zealand. His crisis management lessons proved invaluable when a tsunami struck the Samoan archipelago just days after the training. His efforts earned him official recognition from the High Commissioner of France in New Caledonia.
